I came in from school at 2:15, took some Dayquil and sat on the couch for 90 minutes icing down my neck per nurse's suggestion...

I watched Grey's Anatomy finale while I sat there, so I wouldn't say I relaxed... seriously I just about needed a sedative after watching that! eek shocked

Then I spent 20 minutes coming down from watching the show and crying and went and got the kids...
