What a wonderful list. As always there are so many of us who are still in limbo land, waiting to find the exit, preparing for when we do.
It is a learning tool for us as well. Even though H is still "confused" I bet it would be helpful for me to do some before and after items. Might help to see some of the progress and progression through the stages.
