Bren, if YOU think you are codependent then you are NOT detaching and have NOT tried Last Resort Tech... You can't be co dependent and do LRT at the same time... it won't work.
There are also OTHER views besides MWD on infidelity. MWD is not an expert in infidelity in the first place. Tupy, Harley, and Glass are the people you should be reading... MWD has not written extensively about infidelity... To MWD's mind its not an addiction and can be combatted with LRT and no exposure ... I don't agree and neither to most experts in infidelity, particularly the ones I have referenced.
I am also not sure HOW you exposed the affair to those you did, there are good and bad ways to do that which can help or hinder your situation.
