Yesterday I made up my mind to sell the house. Today I received some good consul to think it over and check my finances more closely, and see what kind of situation I might find myself in. It would be better financially to keep it a couple years and sell, than to sell now.
If I do commit to selling, the W will be forced to help out with that, whatever that means (get it show ready, help with showings, help deal with a realtor).
Also, she has agreed to take two of the cats in August. I have her committed to helping re-home the others.
I also have financial arrangements I want to lay down and pet sitting.

I have a financial list in order. I don't think I forgot anything. I have a lawyer on hold. I'll find out how cooperative she really is today and if I need to retain him for myself or some type of mediation will work.
