Well, I emailed the timeshare people & asked if they had informed the collection agency about the change of membership & here is the latest email I got from them:

Dear (me),

Good Morning,
Yes, we had informed the collection agency!
By the other hand we can only process changes on the memberships when the accounts are current.
Our system had been up dated with Mr. (ex h)
information. We just need a phone number.
Best Regards,

So, I sent them ex's brother's phone number. I hope this means that I'm out of it, but I have a feeling I'm not completely b/c she keeps saying they can only process changes that are current & this in not current b/c the fees are outstanding. So, I'm not really sure. My plan is to wait a little longer, give the collection agency time to turn it over the the credit reporting agencies, then get my free credit report & if it is on there then I will dispute & I guess contact my lawyer at the time. I really don't know what else to do.
