When I'm feeling "very sad and stressed" I try to keep in mind that these emotions always move up and down and if I just wait it out, I'll feel a little better soon. The roller coaster ride is tiring, but at least you know it's gonna go back up.
Vegas sounds like fun. I'm looking for somewhere to take my two teenagers for a summer vacation. What did your teens think of it?
