It takes time. I know that is the last thing you want to hear. It took me about a year and a half to be "ready" to date. I went through 2 years of this mess with ex before he filed and then that took a good 8 months to happen!
I don't think so much in terms of being lonely as I do think it would be more than ok to share stuff with someone. We are all getting there...slloowwllyy.
