SD, don't take it personally.

Her L is doing his job and protecting his client -- just like yours is for you. This is just L business.

This isn't her pushing your buttons... Think of this as a heads-up that you aren't as detached as you thought you were. So now you know what you need to work on.

Agreed.

SD, ask your L about the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act - it's a set of Federal statutes that basically put litigation against our service members on hold while they are on active duty. Don't know if there is some exception for D cases (might be), but it's worth running by your L.

Ok, just got confirmation e-mail from my L. He said not to worry about it, to get myself and the Soldiers back home safe and sound.
SO, that is a big weight off of old SD's shoulders. Can concentrate on the mission at hand.
Thanks for the pick me ups, I am back in the game!!

Ruckin' up, and movin' out...

Expect a lot more curve balls.

Some of it might hurt.

Just get home, worry about the rest of it later.

Quick update as I am absolutely swamped!!

S15 contacts me via e-mail Sunday night. Tells me that W has brought another OM into the home, and is tired of all of it. I forwarded the e-mail to my L, and told my son that I would be back very soon. STBXW has violated the court order of not bringing others into the home until the D is final. Just more ammo for the custody battle that is sure to follow. Although, it seems like she might be doing all of this to be completely free of all responsibility-not sure though, hate to speculate. S15 seems to be doing ok, although I can feel some underlying anger directed at STBXW and I. I will assist with that when I get back home. Believe it or not, I'm not hurt by what she is doing with OM, rather, I am extremely pissed that she forced it onto my boys-in their own home.
Old SD is doing well though. One Day At A Time, and Livin' The Dream!! I Love Me Some ME!!!

A Big "I know what you mean" about the being pissed at forcing it into your home SD.

Impossible to keep the kids entirely out of it, but we have to do our best and YOU have.

Keep your head down, almost down to counting the days on two hands. Above all come back to your boys safely, the rest will unfold as it will.

That's one big head shake. She keeps pushing her head further up her 4th point of contact.

But you'll be home soon. And then you can physically be there for the kids.

Counting down the days!
