I hope it gets straightened out too! I'm afraid I'm going to have to get my lawyer back in the picture. I didn't think about it being in contempt of court, I don't know if that would apply to me or not. I guess I'm going to find out.
Yes, I think you are very smart to call the cc company & explain you situation, be sure & talk to someone in management level, some of the people there might not understand the rules & be sure to get their name also.
