Here's what I would do: 1) type up a letter to the time share folks and the collection agency and enclose a copy of your divorce decree, highlighting the section that states you are no longer responsible for it; 2) send them certified mail/return receipt; and 3) send copies of everything to each of the credit reporting agencies with a cover letter on the copies stating exactly why you are sending it to them, i.e., per your decree, you are not responsible for this debt any longer.

If that doesn't take care of the problem, then contact a lawyer. Emails are okay, but they just don't get the appoint across like a letter and enclosures do.
