Nlt, I think they were referring to the fact that the account information wasn't current, i.e., address, telephone number, etc. I most certainly wouldn't be paying for something that isn't your responsibility, especially after the divorce. It might be in your best interest to to advise your attorney of this.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
