Well, I got an email from the timeshare people today. I'm not exactly sure what it means, maybe some of you could tell me. I sent it back with questions but they have not responded. It makes me think that my name is still on there, but I'm not sure. Here it is:
Dear (me), I hope you are doing fine. Let me inform you that our system had been up dated with Mr. (EX H) information. Could you please confirm to whom belong the telephone number xxx-xxx-xxxx. Unfortunately we can only process changes on the memberships when the accounts are current. Best Regards,
That last sentence has me puzzled, it makes me think they have not removed my name from it & that I'm still responsible for it. I just don't know. I did email her back & told her the fees were paid thru 12/31/07 & the D was final 4/8/08 so I should not be responsible for any of it.
Just thought I would run it by you to see what you all thought about it.
