When I lived in Boise my H worked for AgriBeef, and they sold Wagyu (Kobe) beef. That's when Dan went to Japan and 'met' that stripper...blah!
However, the Wagyu IS the best steak I have ever eaten, hands down. For 5 months we got to eat it, three nights a week, for free. And it was retailing at $32/lb then, ten years ago! Only steak I have ever been able to eat medium rare. Oh, it was good...
Funny all those years of steak 3 or 4 times a week and I never ever got gout...
