Well this may suck to hear it,
I would probably call the police,
tell them what happened, file a report,
ask them if there is anything that can be done,
honestly I would be dumbfounded by this situation if my wife had done this to me.

Without a formal agreement to split up whatever property you accumulated while married, I don't think she has the right to take whatever she took from the marital home which is where you live right now.

She's free to leave, that's her choice.
But taking everything with her?
I don't think that's right.

Specifically the kids stuff,
clothes, she could have taken half and left you with half.

Are you guys going to be swapping laundry back and forth?

Probably not.

Where the kids will sleep,
not sure how old they are but for the time being,
let them sleep in your bed until you get some new bedroom furniture. I don't know what your financial situation is like right now and what money you have available but get that account situation fixed tomorrow so that she doesn't rob you blind, alot of WAW's will spend every penny they can get a hold of, you've been warned. It might not be a bad idea to remove the money in the account to prevent her from going hogwild with it, she cleaned out your home effectively, the bank account will be next. Go to an atm and clean it out, open a new account at another bank and deposit it there and get yourself a new bank card something she won't have access to.

What about the rest of the house,
what else did she take?
Take an inventory, you will need it, do it now while this is all still fresh, pull out the digital camera, take pics of everything.

I think the police report is a good idea,
at least to document this,
don't be afraid of pushing her away,
taking from you without asking is disrespectful,
setting a boundary and telling her that this is unacceptable is a start, enforcing that boundary will come afterward.
