Maybe you could think of H as an irrate customer..if you have ever worked in customer service, you'll know what I mean.

The customer is always right (we KNOW that they AREN'T but we have to listen to them, understand their complaints, validate etc.)

They usually will calm down...if you react to the "complaint" with anger, then they will get even more upset!!!

In a work environment, you can bring in management to take over...

In our marraige situations...the LBS IS the management...

IF that fails, we can always look to the Higher Power for help!!!!
