Wow Kitti !

Soooo many positives! I think the e-mail to H is great Been toying with doing something similar myself but find that little smidgeon of fear that H won't really appreciate it hiding in the back of my head

I apologize for not stopping by for awhile...sometimes I get preoccupied

zoo - thanks darlin for the visit. i know how hard it can be to get to everyone's thread on a regular basis, piecing has gotten so FULL lately! thanks for the kudos on the note!

deb - oh deb, yes, i understand your point completely. i have to count my blessings - and the mere fact that hubby is at home is enough for now. thank you so much for bringing me some sense

mal - thank you SO MUCH for the visit - i thought long and hard about what you had done the other night with the ow thinking if i could do the same. ugh, that is a hard one, but true forgiveness has to take over sometime and i have to let go

bill - national friendship day? didnt even know it. yeah, thought long and hard last night about what i would write about today, and something came up, so in a little while i will be posting today's letter - thanks for the visit

*****************************

POSITIVES

1) cooked dinner again together last night - he makes this incredible crab salad, yum yum - raved about it all night

2) he has started a new online biz (side money) and yesterday he had his first orders, and he was ultra excited, and i was so happy to see him excited about something again. usually i would be "well - we need to do this and this" but this time all i said was, if there is anything you need for me to do to help you, you just let me know - big 180 for me

3) well - he woke up this morning and wanted me to help get some of the orders out!!! he kept asking for my help with this and that and the other - felt good to drop the rope and let him lead!!! WOOHOO - i am learning!!!

here is my letter for today ...

it was very enjoyable last night to watch you be excited about your new "online biz" and to get orders right away was a bonus i am sure you were not expecting!

i wish you all the success that you deserve in this endeavor of yours

i also wanted you to know that your crab salad last night was DA BOMB - and watching the movie while we were eating was a special treat

i don't think i have ever mentioned to you before how much i really enjoy cooking with you. it's been really fun recently to share that experience with you.

here is to your continued success!!!

kitti,
Kudos for coming up with a nifty medium to catch him doing it right. Hope he takes to it.

You could also do little "one-liners" to achieve the goal of boosting his PMA for the day ... give him something to smile about ... be a sprig of sunshine that brightens up his day ... speaking of Sunshine, Pam could give some pointers. Was thinking along the lines of ...

"Today I'm walking around with a big smile on my face ...
and it dawned on me it's because I'm thinking of you."

Now I'm feeling like "Cyrano" knock-off, I think you get the idea.

... and congrats on your H's new on-line business. Sounds like a reason to pop the bubblely (sp?) and toast to his and the business success!!

'til later,

just a quick thought

in two days is the 6th month anniversary of the bomb

no runaway feelings this time, actually, i just noticed the date cause i was writing a letter on the word processor and had to actually type the date.

nothing. i feel nothing this time about the date. no anticipation, no heart wrenching jabs...nothing

did i mention i feel NOTHING?

oh yeah, i don't feel anything either. i have nothing to talk about with hubby, nothing building, no venting.

NOTHING

i think i made my point
