My advice would be to go back and re-read your first thread (I just did). It seems to me that all of the advice that you would need is contained in there, and you just never implemented it.
This man is emotionally abusive, in my opinion, and not a man of quality. I can count the times I've said this here on one hand, but he needs to be kicked to the curb -- HARD.
