He texts at 5 asking for Nathan's teacher's email.
I was at first curious why he would want it, but realized not my problem. So I replied back...
Me: I imagine it is on the school website, but should be same format as mine {meaning, last name, first initial @ schooldistrict, which he knows from emailing me}
Him: It is, do you guys have power point on your computers and a color printer???
Me: Power point yes color printer no [At this point have figured out it is Nathan's assignment where a character from a story--Flat Stanley--is to travel with someone else and write back. So he gave Stanley to Dan to take to Canada.]
H: Flat Stanley Book...Hope it is not too long???
Me: I am sure it will be fine
Seriously he did not need me to hold his hand to email in a little story activity! Don't know why he still does that. It was almost like he either wanted to impress me with his "Power Point Color Presentation" or he wanted me to stroke his ego/validate him and tell him how great it was that he was doing this for Nathan. I didn't do either...
