There is dressing up involved if you go out clubbing. Otherwise, if you're just hanging in the casinos or out walking it's shorts, sandals, and those yard long drinks with a sling to hold them!!

I've been thinking about researching some of the spa resorts in and around Tucson and seeing if there might be a way to get a deal in the summer. Then I COULD have a pool! I'd just stay there, too!
It just puzzles the heck out of me! I go into a place, sit down and eat, and this? I mean, I try to be nice, I try to appreciate the job the servers do. I always say thank you. And I leave a decent, though I don't think over the top, tip. Are good manners so rare that they make me amazing?

I saw the results of your efforts on BBJ's thread. You might want to throw Tucson into the mix, it's about a two hour drive from the Phoenix airport to my side of town. Sometimes it costs more to fly to Tucson, sometimes less.
We are probably looking at July, but I don't think things would be any more expensive then, possibly less.
