I'm still a little confused about where you're going DLS, heheh, but I'll try. No doubt they had more influence on her than I did at the time. I didn't spot it I suppose because I wasn't really even thinking about 'exerting influence' on her as a concious decision.

As for her affair, oh there is no doubt that her friends encouraged that. As for how it all pieces together, all I can say is that it was ten years ago. To explain the pieces and how they all fit together would take a LOT of speculation on my part, and would likely have to be book length to explain even what I do know and remember.

To be honest, I've pretty much put everything I know about "the friend" part in this thread already. What I found out about it I found out well after the divorce was final, and by then I wasn't all that interested in examining what happened in any real depth. Sorta wish maybe I had, it might be useful now, but I simply wasn't all that interested at the time.

An update:
This morning my wife was 'cuddly' just before we got up this morning. She was cheerful, and for the first time in a few months, actually gave me a hug and a kiss just before leaving for work of her own volition.

Maybe her friend told her to do it. cool smirk grin laugh

I'll anxiously await my grade.

Coach,

Her male friend, or a female friend? In my case, the wife had impetus from a female friend to initiate her cheating. She wanted to relate to this lady, who know hates her guts. My wife looked at my responses to her affair at the time as a comedy.

Nice that you guys get such sport out of things that some people take kinda seriously. Mainly . . . me. Prime example though of what I was talking about some of the board "regulars" not being here so much to help people, but to feed their own egos. And they hate when anyone questions their "unequaled wisdom and grand knowledge" . . .so they'll take something reasonably important to a person, and use it as fodder for a few cheap potshots. Pathetic, but true.

Coach, Robx, you should be ashamed . . . but yer not. Kiss my ass.

I never said a thing about a "male friend" DLS, that was a bit disappointing.

it's called a sense of humor,
get one,
it's good for the soul,
people tend to be attracted to people that make them smile, laugh, feel good, etc.

I get it bro, maybe you're a little angry about your situation and/or confused and maybe you want answers, results, directions, inspiration, action, whatever it is you're looking for, maybe take a breath and relax a bit, being angry isn't going to help your situation anytime soon.

As for the name calling and attitude, you're being a bit of a jerk, keep it up and you're going to alienate yourself on these forums but do what you want to do, I can't control you and wouldn't want to even if I could.
