Glamgirl, my thoughts on supplements are; most of them are junk and a waste of money. The biggest rip-off going is in the supplement market. I know lots of young lifters that buy the "metobolic" this and the "steriod like" that. Its all crap. Protein is good, if you buy the right kind. Look for lower fat content protein, go with a good whey based powder, there are severa; good ones out there. A good multi vitamin is also excellent. Other than that, I wouldn't use anything else. What kind of fatburner are you taking? If its hydroxycut or something like that, its junk. If you have a prescription fat burner, it will work, but watch your heart rate, they can cause problems. As far as abs go, try some jonda sit-ups, you can google them in to see it, also the deadlift and stiff-leg deadlift are excellent for building abdominal strength.
