BH thanks for that good advice. I am going to try the eliptical. I have cheated much on my diet, so I feel good about where I am at.
BH what are some other ab exercises besides crunches, that is pretty much what I do.
Forward you can get some reasonably priced clothes at Macy's on sale or some cute trendy young apparel at Forever 21. Cheap. You could even try used clothing shops too.
I have also been taking a fat burner for the past few weeks. Seems to be working great. I take one 30 min before breakfast and then at lunch.
BH what are your thoughts on supplements?
Forward I have been lifting with weights and am having great results. I am not anywhere near rippling with muscles. It has really helped me with the cellulite issue and toning.
My friend competes nationally, but she lifts heavy and follows a very restrictive diet. She is ripply. You can get ripply if you choose, but simple lifting will not do that.
