Ya know, Gardener, I never thought of it that way. I doubt that it's illegal. Otherwise, don'tcha think my atty would have said so, when I told her what happened? Oh well, you're probably right about the "otha" thing.
BTW, hey, you didn't mention really "going to the other universe..." on your thread. Maybe I'll hang out there sometime and wait for you to come. LOL
What: thanks for writing. Not much happening right now, other than I am going to court today with H. My atty wants me to tidy up the financial affidavit before I come in today, which is always a bother. I'd rather be sailing! (But please don't make any jokes about it when I come home, like the last time). Seriously, unless, of course, things go really, really well, which, although some believe it will, I still have my doubts.
