I shan't run for 2 hrs, but it'll be a 20 min cycle to the park where we meet and about an hours run together.

Sounds like an interesting book. I'm a non-believer but similarly always interested in the whys and wherefores of theology. My Dad did a degree in it, and it has always been interesting to hear his debates around the subject.

And agreed - the whole waste and reproduction together was never that attractive to me!
