When I first came on the board, two of the people I love and respect, Betsy and Meredith, often used the term "crazymaker." It basically means a person who escalates things instead of handling them in a calm manner. That was me, unfortunately.
After realizing that I was in fact a crazymaker, I set about to change that about myself. And when I felt I had succeeded, I changed my screen name to CMNM. CMNM = CrazyMaker No More
