Well, I just got back from Bible Study...I sat with my woman friend...she liked my new Bible...I let her touch it...was I being too easy? I hope she doesn't think that I'd let just anybody stroke my new imitation leather Bible like that. Next time, I think I'll use a cover protector, just to be safe. Hey, come to think of it, wasn't it God who set Adam up with Eve? We all know how that worked out! But then again, if Adam had of grown a pair and said NO to the fruit idea all would have been well. Probably, Adam just felt that God's wrath would be easier to handle than listening to Eve nag him for a few hundred years about the lack of fiber in his diet. That's the way I see it anyway.
Tonight was the beginning of the seminar series "So you think you can date" at my church. I thought I'd lay down for a 15 min. refresher and, well, fell asleep and didn't get up for an hour. It's been a long week at work, almost like every other week lately. So I missed the opener "It's just coffee...isn't it?" for "it's just a light nap...isn't it?". I guess I'll watch some baseball and bother you people all evening instead. Play ball!
