Wife was in good spirits yesterday, in still a mostly plutonic way. Went to S9's ballgame and then we went to get ice cream together. Later, after the kids were to bed, we watched a couple of TV shows together, and she seemed more engaging than she has in the last few weeks.
Slow and steady, db'ing and also showing true giving to her.
Focus on today, work, friends, another ballgame, and my sister and her two children are coming in and we are going to my parents after the ballgame for pizza.
I was just rereading earlier in this thread about you reading the LL book. It doesn't seem like you ever posted what your W LL was. Is she speaking that now? I know that my W is speaking her LL to me, but like you said in a plutonic way. My W LL is AOS. That is pretty much what I get. It is certainly a form of communication even though no words are being spoken.
OK, got rejected again, I guess I am more like you Puppy. This is the longest dry spell I have been on since I was a teenager, not use to this at all.
So I get up, like a little spoiled brat and leave the house, so I sit here in my office and type. Just so mad, I had to get out of there, did not say anything except "I have to get out of here" she said, "out of the house". I said "yeah, out of the house". Put on my clothes, squirted on some cologne, and out I went.
Now, I did not feel like grabbing a beer as a I thought that was where I was going, but just ended up here. Decided to calm down for a couple of hours, come home and go to bed.
Tomorrow, I will act as if, I guess. Can you tell, I have not been rejected in this department very often? OK, better now.
We sound like we live parallel lives, Burt. Women with great qualities in many other areas, but the SSM and the "princess" things can be killers to any man.
When I used to post on the SSM forum, people used to tell me to confidently use humor when rejected, saying something like "Oh well . . . thought would be fun! Maybe next time!", smack her playfully on the ass, and go about my life.
Yes, although, she would speak mine every now and then, and that is in remission.
My point is that she CAN'T speak your language right now, only hers. She is telling you that she loves you but she CAN't speak your LL.
