WAH in MLC with PA

L said only option was to either get H to sign equity over or get other company on title to force H to sell house to release their $$.

I was in the process of composing the email to H about changing the mortgage payments to monthly when he sent me an email first that made my blood boil...

H said he would sign the change of payment form if I sign his version of custody!

I couldn't believe H was bargaining with his kids future!

Of course the email I ended up finishing was less "honey filled" after that... Pretty much told him what I thought of him at that point.... No profanity involved...

Maybe not smart when trying to get a signature... Definitely a backslide... It felt good to take a tough stand where I used to cave...

Basically told H I did not bargain with my kids for anything and would walk on the house before giving in to blackmail... I told him that as of the next mortgage payment I would not be paying the mortgage if he wasn't willing to sign the equity over. I would need to prepare for a move and the companies involved would be told to contact him regarding house payments...

I am so confused as to my feelings for H right now...

One minute I can't see us ever being able to reconnect on any level again... On the other I don't want to give up on him...

Going to see the company on title on Tues to see what can be done... If anything... As they are the other party on title they can force H to put the house up for sale... But they can't make him sell to me specifically...

In the meantime I have issues with S13 and D3...

I'm half way to crazy...
