Crazy day today...went to Jazzercise at 5:45 am, then home to get kids off to school, me off to work, had double booked my first appt., then off to pick up son for ortho and then on the the big city for plastic surgeon check-up and was about 2 mins for his office and they call saying that he was called to emergency surgery and would I re-schedule???? I told them no, I was 2 mins away after driving an hour and rearranging my work schedule to come on the day the Dr sees patients and she said the PA would see me when I got there! Now that, is something I might not have done a few months ago...I probably would have just said ok...
Tomorrow morning, if I can move after the exercise, I am headed to see a motivational speaker, at 9am and then will work until 8pm tomorrow!!! It is going to be one of those weeks!

CW right on for saying "no" to the rescheduling! And look- there was an alternative-meaning I might have thought there was no other option but to reschedule! Assertiveness pays off.

Hi NM...jazzercise is going ok...we laugh a lot! There are some moves that I have not figured out yet and am sure by the time I do, they will change the routine!

Moitvational speaker today was Dr Lewis Lasconcy (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). Unfortunately, the time had gotten changed and we were not informed so we were an hour early and had to leave an hour early as we all had clients waiting for us. Got a signed book and can't wait to read it! I hated it that we missed the last half!
Oh, on the way there, I had a cup of coffee between my legs and the girl that was driving took off quick at the stop sign and it spilled in my crotch and of course I was wearing white capris! We all laughed about it and I carried my friends purse in front of me the rest of the morning...my purse was too small to cover it! lol!
