Good evening all. Last week was not so good a week because I was worried and panicked about what was then the pending departure of my H to war. Well, on Friday of last week, I received a call in the morning from the H, while he was on his way to check-in; he said we had 30 minutes to talk ("oh goody, thank you so much!" - me being sarcastic).

He was such an a$$! Literally just being defensive. I should have just said, have a safe trip and don't let anything happen to you while you are over there, but instead I did ask about where he was keeping his car, who he gave power of attorney, and if I would hear from him while he was deployed. He is just doing in my mind what I call "unusual things". He is leaving his car at work and that "friends" would drive it every so often. That is what he said, but I believe it is a lie and that he left it at the OW's place.

My visit with the IC on Saturday was good however and she believes that now that my H is gone, I will be able to focus on me and begin to rebuild my life on my terms. Not sure what that means, but I am looking forward to feeling better.
