LOVE this. smile So true. Glad to see Kara is still doing Kara. Isn't wonderful when you can see little glimpses of "normal" again? Thanks for the continued inspiration! smile

Hi there everyone

Thanks for dropping by. I still haven't quite figured out the quotey thing but thanks for all your comments and continued support.

I am tired. Nothing that a visit to the hairdresser and spa won't cure though. Hey, I feel better already smile. I think a nice massage will put a big ole smile on my face.
I am planning on getting some highlights and maybe a new haircut. We'll see. I think it is time for a vacation soon as well.

As for the exercise regime? Let's just say that fell off the treadmill there for a bit. However, hope springs eternal so God willing I will be back on track this week. I got some cute new workout clothes and if that isn't enough motivation for Kara, well I don't know what is. (Just joking, the thought of glowing with health is really all I need, right?)

Right now it is feeling like a slow start to the week. My get up and go seems to have gone somewhere and I'd like it to come back right about now. I cooked a week's worth of healthy meals today, so maybe that is why I am so tired. I am sure it will be worth it when I am eating my high nutrition meals made by my own fair hands. I am sure that the long term benefits of eating healthy far outweigh the hardship of slaving over a hot stove all morning long. You know, last year was alot about the drive thrus and fast food. That is, when I finally did feel like eating. So I really have to detox my body of all that junk.

Later, guys. Have a great week.

New cute workout clothes are a good enough motivation for me! That and the closet full of spring/summer clothes I bought during last year's spending spree that are now just *this much* too tight. I can't afford to buy more replacements so I MUST work out and watch my diet. I didn't do well on that today (movie theater popcorn and ice cream for dinner).

You are my idol cooking a week's worth of healthy meals in advance! Maybe one day I'll get there.

Have a good week on the ranch!
