OK, I have a question for the busy single parents here. I don't have time to cook meals and even if I did I don't enjoy it. However, I'm getting tired of eating out and need some ideas from you guys what stuff I can make quickly (5-10 mins)- besides PB&J/spagetti/mac-n-cheese/ramen noodles
When I got to the grocery store I want to be able to pick up some items that will last me at least a week without going bad yet allow me to make a different things every day. For example, eggs and tuna cans are two examples of these items. I can put either of these in a sandwhich, soup, with rice etc and they'll usually last quite a while before going bad (tuna cans can last really long).
I'd prefer the food to be healthy since DD will be eating it too.
