It's been a few days since I've updated my thread.

Well, not much to report other than DD and STBXW are visiting her family out of town this week so it's been extra quiet. I sent her an email a few days ago suggesting settling things out of court but no response to that at all.

Last night DD didn't call to say goodnight nor did STBXW text me anything about DD. I kinda expected that, STBXW has a tendency to hit me where it hurts. But I'm sure DD is doing fine and having a good time with her cousins so I'm not going to worry about it.

In terms of GAL'ing I'm supposed to have dinner with a friend and his wife this weekend and run lots of errands (laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, paying bills, mowing the lawn etc).
