It is all fine to call him names and hurl insults. I was actually serious about something pathologic going on physically or emotionally with him. If so, this places your children in potential harm. I don't know how to compel him to get evaluated or tested. Maybe by documenting his behavior and consulting a lawyer/judge. I am sure it would be difficult to do.
