Positives:

My boss brought me some wine I like back from his holiday weekend trip.

I have some wonderful friends on the bb.

Stressed some yesterday but managed it pretty well, no meltdown.

Really appreciate all the compliments I have been getting recently, you guys are going to give me a big head! Seriously you guys have been so much help and guidance it is great and I am thankful for you each and every one!!

Had a nice snuggle on the sofa with warm shelties last night, we didn't turn the fireplace on but it was still pretty cozy.

Got our first Christmas Card, the season is here!

Been doing a lot of writing in my word processor and so far my computer is still acting fine!! Must be that handy guy that worked on it last time.

Printed out December calendar yesterday as it usually fills quickly, doesn't seem like it should be December yet!

The shelties for the most part are just wonderful company, always up for an activity or a snuggle and offering constant companionship. Of course sometimes I think they TRY to trip me on purpose so they can beat me to wherever we are headed.

My new thread is almost all good and I love it!

HI Pam,
Good job!! I don't want you to think that I ditched you, I just couldn't keep up with your 14 pages in a day! You have come a long way in the last couple of weeks. I am proud of you!
Stop by when you get a chance!

Positives for Tuesday:

Gorgeous colorful sunrise this morning.

Picked up my new prescription for the higher dosage, was hating to go out in the cold and get it, but got it done!

Took time to meditate this morning, it does really seem to make a difference for me, helps start my day off right.

Spoke with friend about coming to her office, she wasn't going to be in last night, but we are working out getting together. Should be fun!

Lady from work brought me in a piece of her Pumpkin Cheesecake. I LOVE cheesecake!!! My favorite dessert!!

Have I mentioned you guys on the bb as a BIG POSITIVE!!!

Took a nap on the sofa and the house is so cold now I splurged and turned the fireplace on and the shells snuggled so nice! I actually woke up hot.

Got several Christmas cards, have to get them hung up tonight.

Still have Pumpkin cake left! It really turned out just perfect this time, nice and moist and the icing even mixed up good. Sometimes I seem to get it all too dry.

Got a little bit of stuff done in the kitchen, I'm afraid I'm not with the flylady, but am hitting the spots I need to the most!

Hi Pam,
Just got in a bit ago from work and school and popped in to catch up on the gang here.

I think one of MY positives for today is to see YOU still being so damn positive. I am so enjoying the changes I'm seeing taking shape in you entire outlook and attitude.

Give yourself an atta girl, YOU deserve it.

Positives for Wednesday:

Made a choice yesterday morning that it was going to be a good day and it was an awesome day, I just felt happy all day, not a down moment.

I was sure to make the time to meditate before going to work, it is so helpful, the more I do it the more I feel it is easier to quiet and focus my mind, while meditating and it carries over to other times as well. THANK YOU SAGE!!!

Got lots of stuff done in the house last night, vacuuming, laundry, we had the radio and some lights on and the evening was great.

Talked to my mom for quit a while last night and am making plans with her for trip to Findlay, have some folks up there haven't seen in a while that I really like, and when she was talking to them they asked about me.

Did some IM'ing last night with folks from the bb and had a good time, just basically kept my evening real busy and had fun.

House is still feeling good to walk through, I use the back entry and the closets back there aren't cleaned out but the first 3 out of 4 rooms you walk through when you come in are clean and organized.

Getting some feedback from folks on the bb that I have been helpful lately and that makes me feel really good, as I always thought I wasn't logical enough to be of help other than as a cheer up post.

Talked to friend yesterday about getting into a local dog class, would be good to get one of my dogs back out again.

First day I have lit my aromatherapy stress relieving candle in the mornings before my bath and it brings a lovely scent to the bathroom, plus being relaxing.

The sun was shinning most of the day and it was sort of nice looking out the window at the sun even though it is cold out now. Makes for a cheery day with the sun shinning!

Positives for Thursday:

Got a break in the rain to run the shelties outside and to feed the kitties this morning.

Found a nice surprise during the morning!!

Made a choice again to have a great day.

Meditated and lite my aromatherapy candle again.

Breeze has been eating the last few meals again.

Got more cleaning and laundry done, this is an experiment to see how it works doing more of it during the week rather than all of it on Saturday.

Started to get cold and sleepy and almost didn't do any cleaning. Worked well getting up and moving around, warmed me up and woke me up!

Had some nice chats during the evening.

Luckily it was not freezing outside as a certain mostly white sheltie and my bed companion ended up having to be sprayed off from all the mud that their running had thrown up on them. Actually three of them got sprayed off, legs and belly only. Dried out looking fine.

Splurged and ate two pieces of pumpkin cake last night. I did have a small dinner and do all the cleaning afterwards!

Positives for Friday:

Still making time for my meditation and lite my aromatherapy candle again this morning.

I know this sounds silly, but when I meditate I can almost always feel that sort of pressure or something in the left front side of my head. Well, I am getting where now at work or other times I can sit and picture a calm lake, focus on my breathing and that calm feeling comes in the left side of my head and tends to leave me feeling calmer afterwards!!

Had a good day at work. One of the ladies there that is working on her Psychology degree got her paper back and had an A on it, so she was splurging and going out for popcorn chicken from KFC and wanted to know if I wanted any. So I had a warm lunch. It was good!

Had a nice chat Friday evening with someone from the bb, helped to kick my brain back into thinking mode, hence the long post the next morning! But I DO LIKE IT when I can feel it really thinking and list it out like that post. It so helps my focus.

Chatted with friend about getting together to go see a Christmas play. I really like doing things like that, so am sort of excited.

Got the downstairs vacuumed and the den again. The den catches everything, as it is the first room you go through after the back entry. I like the carpet, but dark green even with a pattern shows dog hair really bad!

Lunch time joined a hen party online!! Nice way to spend my lunch hour, thanks girls.

Sort of getting more into the season. I do enjoy Christmas, but then I am ready for Spring, not yucky cold weather!!

Now have several cookie recipes I am thinking of trying out. Thanks Ellie and Deb.

David brought dog food over before FB ran out and picked up box to see about replacing hard drive we are trying to put in my system!
