It was just last year Channing Frye was a Blazer. But he is originally a Wildcat so he belongs there. But Jerryd Bayless is also a Wildcat and I think we will keep him.
(((((BobbiJo))))) The NBA has been growing on me... I used to be bored to death by it.
Kerry, Frye has turned into a valuable player, and his inside game seems to get better as he makes more threes. His defense and rebounding are way better than they were at the start of the year, too. Bayless is a good player. I thought he would have been well served by another year in college, though with the coaching situation that was going on here, it might not have been such a good thing. I don't know that he'll ever be all-star material, but he will be a solid player, I think.
Baseball, Hockey and Basketball are ok, but nothing comes close to Football (aka Gridiron) as a team sport. I cant think of any other sport where the coach has such an impact on the game.
There's no question that the coach has the most impact in football. I have to think about whether that's the definition of a team sport! But it isn't a terrible definition.
I went to the driving range tonight. I never really got into a comfortable groove, but Captain Hook seemed to have vanished. I have no explanation. Sliced a few, pushed a few, even pulled a few, but I think there were only one or two that I would call hooks. I think I have said this before. It is a stupid game!
