Not sure which way to go anymore

I spoke too soon. DS turned to me all excited and said, "Things are going to be changing for my daddy. He's going to have two sons, OW is having a baby, the doctor told her. I'm going to be a big brother." I said I know and asked that he please keep all baby talk to Daddy only because it makes Mommy sad. He asked why and I explained it's because I want a baby, too.

Selfish of me? Probably, but it's the only way I know right now to keep my sanity.
