I know that sounds odd. But if I am having good luck with it and not one of those times my mind is going a dozen different directions. I can feel a pressure or calming or someting in the front of my head a bit to the right. And once it comes everything calms.
Does that sound really strange?
You know...I've never actually noticed a feeling in my head but now you've got me wondering if I just haven't been paying attention! Tomorrow's meditation...I promise. And BTW -- it doesn't sound strange AT ALL. It sounds peaceful!
