I am glad that you are taking care of yourself...just be careful how far you go...meaning, if you are set on D, the biggest issue at hand is having your kids still have a secure R with both their mother and father. I know you haven't talked to them, but I hope you do before you make any major decision, only because they are old enough.
I'm really proud of you for the 5k!! and obviously it has done great for you with your "old" clothes fitting! I want that too!
