Hi folks. Sorry I didn't respond earlier. I have been on here a few times over the past few days, but my thread didn't show any activity so I didn't check it further.
Tonight I just happened to check it and saw the whole conversation that I missed.
Thanks Pam - you always help keep up my PMA!
So, Opt, I am not on Yahoo chat. If you told me what it was and how to do it, I might check it out.
Cupcake, I'll have to check out your thread. I am glad you ended up on mine. I have told people on here that I can't always relate because of the no OW part of my sitch, so maybe you and I can compare notes too?
Deb - I'm all for the power of prayer and if we all turn our wishes into prayers, who know what could happen to all of us?
Cathy - Tell me more about the book, The Circle, okay? I'm always on the lookout for a great read.
You gals are all great! Again, I am sorry for missing out yesterday - from now on I'll check my thread even when it doesn't indicate any new activity!

Go to the yahoo website and download the Yahoo messenger (there is a free version and a fancy one with all the bells and whistles that you pay for: get the freebie). Once you've downloaded it and installed it, register and log on. Add me to your friends (optimistdb) and you'll see me when I am online... from there you can get the IDs of all lot of us from the bb...
We have some frightfully good chats all the time...

Right now I am about to head outside in the -3 degree weather and flood the skating rink. It had thawed over the holidays but now we are back in the deep freeze so if I put several coats on today, the kids can skate later in the week when the temps go up to 20 degrees again!
Some news on this end. After my D's hockey game yesterday morning, my H came over. He put primer on the patched area of the wall I took down and watched the boys while I dropped D off to skate some more.
He called some friends of his (the guy is our middle S's godfather) and when I got home we all went up to their new home together. I haven't seen these folks since H moved out! Was fun to see them and new house.
H spent the visit talking to the guy while I talked to his W but it wasn't ackward or anything. We were there for an hour or so and had to leave because D was getting dropped off at home.
Anyway, on way home, S3 told my H to "pack up and come home" and H said "not tonight". Usually he changes subject or evades answering. I didn't comment at all - and I won't build up hope, but he did it in a light-hearted way, not a scared way - if you know what I mean.
So I plan to DB my A## off and keep doing my acts of service around here. I am determined to get coat of paint up over the primer and keep plugging away at the playroom and family rooms.
The kids schedules are crazy this week, but I need to keep showing H that I am determined to keep up the changes that I have made around here.
Keep praying for me and I'll do the same for others here on the BB!

Hey - if I DB my A## off - does that count as exercise?
I got the repaired walls painted and retouched. Now I am going to tackle the playroom again - yikes!
Well, I talked to H yesterday and tonight he has the kids so we will see what happens. I wonder if he will take them to his apartment? Remember they haven't been there in over a month...and I still don't know if he renewed his lease or not. (Can you tell I am dying to know? - but haven't said a word to him - only here on the BB!)

totite, LMAO! I'd say it would qualify as passive exercise!
"The I'm dying to know" can get us into trouble, lol. I did drive by SIL and TG H truck was there, so at least I know he was telling the truth; he lives there. But, I promised my self I would never "go there" again. Sometimes it is best if we don't know what is really happening. And, I was lucky his truck was there, what if it wasn't?
See - there is a reason that we all come here to post the "what ifs" and other questions/comments/sarcasms in our lives.
H came over here last night after working late. He didn't take kids, just spent time playing with them here. My S3 went to tell him good night and said "Pack up and come home".
After kids went to bed, we cuddled and . Then he left around midnight.
Tonight I am going out with college friends and H is coming over to be with kids. He is even leaving the office early to do so - even though this is a busy week for him.
So while I have lots of questions and am "dying to know" what is going on inside his head - I don't ask.
I do have the same question as Deb posted - only I want to know - if H doesn't bring up R at all, isn't that more of the same behavior from him since he didn't talk before?
I know his actions speak loudly (being here a lot, ML all the time, doing acts of service, not taking kids to apartment) but sometime words have to enter in don't they?
My PMA is great today as I am excited to see college friends tonight - they haven't seen me 30# lighter, etc. Then when I get home - my H will be here so who knows???
