If you have not already called the bank then please do so and be sure it was not a clerical error.

If it was NOT an error DO NOT contact your H.

Use a credit card for ALL your expenses and keep VERY careful record (receipts and such) of each penny you spend until this is all straightened out.

Call the attny you last spoke with and let him know what is going on. Now we know your H has some account you don't know about.

I know this is a major shock but stay calm, be strong and realize there is a way to be sure you are protected ASAP!
