Back from Madison, Wis., and sick as a dog, but I'm going to take some medicine and head out for a little bit.

I should just stay home, but I can rest tomorrow. Of course, this is why single people tend to not live as long as married people. Or at least that's what the research shows.

Long ride home, but it was good. Lots of story telling with an old friend and some venting. I don't talk as much about my sitch -- signs I think of acceptance.

I've noticed that too with myself, and think it's a good sign.

Ugh. Woke up today way sicker than yesterday. Of course, working outside in the rain and cold all day and then dragging myself out at night will do that.

I'd lay in bed all day but I actually have to go into work.

Pity party in 10 minutes.

Thanks Gardener. I'm feeling better. Had an hour long talk with the richest man in town for a story -- and if things blow up at my job I'm pretty sure he'd be my safe landing job.

Weather apparently is going to do a 180 this week and be upper 70s, lower 80s by next weekend. That's my time with the girls and that's just great timing.

Going to be an emotional week. Meeting with a credit/debt counselor Monday for advice, Financial Peace University Monday night, wedding anniversary Tuesday night so I'm meeting a friend in Chicago for a Cubs/Nationals game, internal counselor Wednesday, church singles growth group Thursday night and then, da, da, da, dum, divorce settlement meeting Friday.

It sure sounds it. And friend/baseball game or not, be ready emotionally for anniversary day.
You sound good, you Galing Master, you. I'm glad

At last second I decided to go to the credit management appointment. I was considering pushing it off to next week. It was pretty straight forward. This company has negotiated rates with the major credit card companies so if I sign up I pay them and they pay the companies. It's designed to eliminate the debt in five years.

I didn't sign anything. I'm waiting to see how the divorce settlement conference goes on Friday. I think at the very least I'll sign up to eliinate the Discover Card debt. It's charging $90 a month interest on $6,000 in debt. I could at least knock it down a bit while waiting on the rest.

Tuesday is shaping up. Looks like I'll take a train into Chicago. My friend will meet me at Union Station and we'll take public transit to Wrigley. The key is getting back either later that night or having to get up at crack of dawn to get to work on Wednesday.

Wow. Weird feeling. STBXW calls to tell me about D7's IEP meeting at 3 p.m. I did not know about it. Got this wave of anger after I hung up. Not sure why.

Lousy thing about this week is I won't see D11 tonight or tomorrow night.

I was exhausted just reading all your plans for the week!! I hope you enjoy the baseball game, I'm glad you have plans for the anniversary day. And the irritation at not knowing about the IEP meeting is understandable.

Take care-
Hugs, Bunny
