Have your lawyer take care of the time share issue and at the same time, he should have your name removed from it as well. This little problem will go against your credit history if you don't invest a little time and money in getting it taken care of. You cannot rely on your xh to do anything about it....his head is stuck in some deep dark place right now.
That poor baby....two people that now call themselves parents will be raising this child. I hope things work out for them, but this may be the icing on the mlc cake.
