I've found thought stopping easier since the ADs kicked in. I think it's the reduction in anxiety. Wierd. Keeping busy is good too smile

After 3.5 months dim still doesn't feel right to me either. But from here it looks like you're already getting results. You're focusing more on yourself, and there has been less conflict. Those seem like really good outcomes to me!

And you are strong! Give yourself credit! You are dealing with very tough things there. It's so easy for me to be dim compared to your sitch.
