BH...
I am diabetic and too much cardio spurs on a rapid blood sugar drop which gives me a seizure

I like to walk and dance and usually can tell when my sugar is dropping too fast doing those activities

any suggestions on what I can do to drop weight...
I have cut calories down but my dr says no more or I will be in the starvation level which will actually add weight

I also need something that I can do on my own...no gym help...sometimes with a baby
