OP mindfull Member M Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 3,975	Hey, everyone... Thank you all for emails in fb. I'm sorry I've been MIA. I've had to deal with some of this on my own, without influence. I'm doing well. Really well. So, today I finished the Couch to 5k program. I can now run a 5k in just under 31 minutes. 10 min miles are acceptable to me at this time. I think I'm going to run the graduation mix for a few more weeks, and, then... continue on w/the Gateway to 8k. WARPED. So, I am now, off to shower, put on a HOT halter that I bought at an amazing boutique a few years back... (fits now!), some kick as# jeans, and heels, and get the heck out of here. My kids are handled for the evening. It's a good, good day. Me-46, D-21, S15, S13 After many years w/my head in the sand...
