If you lived in Southern Ohio, I could teach you how to play the piano.
But, since I don't know where you are, I would just encourage you to buy a beginner piano book for adults. You don't need a piano....a keyboard will do just fine while you are learning. However, it would be good if this keyboard has all 66 keys.
You can teach yourself with these beginner books, but I really encourage you to go to your local music store and check out their classes. Good luck!!
I'll backtrack just a bit.....before H moved out....as a birthday present he wanted to buy me a keyboard - D13 had reminded him that I always wanted to play....I think this is why I had put this out of my mind. When I think about this now, like many other things, I wish I had let him buy me the da*& piano!!! Why?????? UGHhhhh!!!!!
I was so stressed at the time with all that was going on----the thought of having one minute to learn the piano was completely out of my mind. We were also "under construction" with our kitchen remodel - and all I could think about was WHERE I would even put one.
Ok - that's out of my system. He was going to buy me a Kawai?? Is this a good brand?
