She did move out. But, we work together in a small department within a large organization, so see each other daily.

Do not rescue her. She wants a D, let her do it, but don't help.

How long ago did she find out about your A?

I'm with Gucci all the way. If she found out a long time go, and was just squirrelling it away to use as an excuse now, well, f her!

it gets easier with time.

hang in there. limbo sucks. part of you wants to run over and hold them and tell them that you love them but that's the worst thing you could do for your situation.

I for one know for a fact that this has been festering within his W for probably years. She knew all thought it was true, and he was lying about it, she wanted to disbelieve it, sighting all the good qualities of him. She basically lied to herself for so long. Then, the other factors roll in, the growing apart, the neglecting, the usual stuff that puts a M in the pooper without an A lingering around.

does it justify her A, no, not by a long shot.

Not to dizzy up AC's thread, but to answer your question, yes, very much so.

From what I understand she just found out about it after he had been hiding it for awhile.

Well since she's reacting negatively to what you're saying, just back off. Just back off and GAL. You can remain friendly to her but not necessarily friends. Let her rage through her own emotions on her own. At this point no matter what you say, she's going to say the opposite just for the sake of being right. It's called pride. And unless she gets over herself and her 'oh woe is me' attitude, anything you say isn't going to help.

Let her stew.

If anything, she should be happy that she's evened the score, so what the hell is she crying about? The fact that she has nothing more to beat you over the head with??
