I do as much walking as I possibly can, considering the occupation I'm in.
Usually I park toward the back of the truckstops, so I will HAVE to walk quite a distance to get to the front door.

My son is always calling me a stick, but I don't feel like one, LOL..I'm 5'3" weighing in at 140.

Exercise is good for you, and it does relieve stress, plus it burns calories. smile


Remember, as each person is different, every MLC/Transition is different..what works for one may not work for another. Most of the time it is trial and error for ALL involved.
