Forward, you and I don't often agree on this here, but this is one subject I am very good on!! It really doesn't matter what exercise program you do as long as you work at it hard and stay with it. Watch your calories, eat a lot of protein, keep carbs to a minimum, only eat sweets as a RARE treet and you will build the body you want. If you want specific advice on weights or cardio, just ask!!
